Student Registration Fee

The registration fee is non-refundable. The $300 is to complete registration and save your spot in the class.

Deposit Payment

Tuition and Fees Refund Policy

A $300 registration fee is included in the total tuition cost. This registration fee is non-refundable. Charges will appear on statements as GA EMS Training Center (Quickbooks).


Students are required to pay all their tuition and fees for any registered course or be current on any payment plan or other financial assistance agreements being applied to the course. Once the class begins, refunds are not permitted including but not limited to:


  • Failure to maintain the required academic grades
  • Dropping out of the course prior to completion
  • Expulsion due to violations of the student agreement, school policies, or other impending legal issues
  • Failure to pass the National Registry Examination or other post-class accreditations


If the student cancels their enrollment prior to the beginning of the class start date, he/she is still responsible for the $300.00 non-refundable registration fee.


In order to cancel enrollment, students must contact operations@gaemstrainingcenter.com Immediately with withdraw request.

 

Exceptions to the policy stated above may be considered for extenuation circumstances. Students should contact operations@gaemstrainingcenter.com in order to have their case reviewed.
